Adventure Camp registration for 2026 will open on Friday, January 2nd at 10am.
If you are looking for another camp, we would love to have you join us at our Exploration Day Camps in York Region and Simcoe County or at our Overnight Camp in Parry Sound, Hidden Bay Leadership Camp.

How to Register –
All registrations are accepted through our CampBrain online registration software. If you require accomodations to the registration process, you must contact the camp office at daycamp@ypce.com at least 1 week prior to registration to discuss support needs.
In all cases, registrations are accepted in a first-come, first-served basis.
Spaces cannot be reserved without a fully completed registration accompanied by full payment or deposit and payment plan (either by Visa, Visa Debit or Mastercard or Direct Debit from your bank).
New for 2026 – All new CampBrain accounts require email verification – if you are new to Adventure Camp, please set up your account ahead of opening to ensure smooth registration.
Discounts
Sibling Discount – Save 10% on each additional child in your family that you register for camp.
(*Before and After Camp Care are not included in discount amount, not applicable with other discount)
Payment Schedule
At the time of registration, we require a deposit of $250.00 per child, and balance of fees are due June 1st, 2026. Payment may also be made in full at the time of registration.
Cancellation Policy
• If a session is not confirmed, or cancelled, by YPCE, a full refund will be offered.
• All cancellation requests must be made in writing to the Camp Director.
• Cancellation requests made after registration, but prior to 10 business day before the start of the session, are subject to a $50 administration fee per camp session and per child cancelled.
• If a cancellation request is made within 10 business days of the start of the camp session, it will be subject to a cancellation penalty of 50% of the total fee.
• If a cancellation request is made after the start of a session, no refunds are issued.
• Cancellation requests due to medical reasons must be accompanied by a doctor’s note at the time of the request.
• Refunds, or partial refunds, may be offered at the discretion of the Executive Director for situations not covered in this policy.
Before & After Camp Care
Before and After Camp Care are available at the following locations:
Aurora – L
Sharon –
Keswick – R.L. Graham Child Care Centre
Mount Albert – Robert Munsch Public School
Care begins at 7am up to bus pick up time and at bus drop off time to 6pm.
$120.00 per 10 day sessions & $108.00 per 9 day sessions. For 2026 – $60.00 for a 5 day session.
Transportation
Supervised busing to the camp is part of the camp experience and provided from from Mount Albert, Aurora, Sharon and Keswick.
