Preparing for Summer 2026

We are so excited to be welcoming everyone back to Adventure Camp for summer 2026 and we want to make sure everyone is prepared.

Virtual Waiting Room

Our software provider CampBrain has rolled out a new feature, a virtual waiting room.

What it means is that much like buying concert tickets, if there are too many people accessing at once it will crash the system.

On Friday, January 2nd at 9:45 am you will see the message below appear on our Registration Page, this is the pre-queue and anyone waiting will be assigned a spot for 10am.

There is no benefit to being logged in prior to 9:45am, but going to the page between 9:45 and 9:59am will get you a spot in the queue.

With how the waiting room works, we cannot say exactly how many individuals will be let in straight away, but everyone waiting will be assigned a spot and will be able to register in the order the are assigned or as they arrive.

Once you are in the queue, just keep that window open and keep checking to see your status.

Once you are let in, you should have a smooth registration process. Please note, you may get access to the site and your preferred sessions have been waitlisted, but please do join the waitlist as spaces have been known to open up after we process all the registrations.

We know this can be stressful, and we hope that with this new solution from CampBrain, there is more clarity for families on where they are in the queue to access.

On Registration Day

We know registration day is stressful but our software provider, CampBrain has provided a graphic with suggestions on how to make it work as smoothly as we can. We know camp is important, and we want to share the best ways to make sure your registration goes smoothly.

This year we are likely to experience the “waiting room” message, which can be disappointing at first, but it means when you get into the system it should be a smoother experience.

Extra Session?!?!

Summer 2026 is an extra long summer, which means there will be an extra week of Adventure Camp. Session 5, which will run from August 24 to 28, is a 5 day session and is a great way to end the summer at camp.

As with other years, this is not “Back to School” week, as our staff team need to make sure they are ready to return to school themselves, but it is an extra week of fun at the farm.

New Payment Options

We are glad to share that we have increased the number of payment options for Adventure Camp. For summer 2026 you will be able to make payment as you always have with VISA or Mastercard, but we are now able to process VISA Debit cards as well as Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP) straight from your bank account.

For registration day you will need to have your payment method ready, to pay by PAP you will need the information from a Cheque or Direct Deposit sheet from your bank. Please note, as the processing times are delayed versus a credit card, that an NSF from a PAP will result in a $50 charge.

Preparing your Account

CampBrain now requires any NEW ACCOUNT have email verification. Because of this, we strongly encourage new families use the link below to setup their account before registration day.

While in the system, you are able to enter your basic household information, including names, contact information and details for parents, emergency contact information and child names and ages. This will save you time and steps in the registration process on January 2nd.

For returning families, this a great time to review the information we have on file for your household and make updates or corrections before registration.

As well, if you require accommodations in completing your camp registration, requests for support must be made at least 1 week in advance of the registration date to daycamp@ypce.com to discuss options.

Get EXCITED

We have an an amazing summer planned and we can’t wait to see you!
